Loan for Corazón Cabo Resort & Spa

Villanueva Ortiz Abogados, S.C., advised and represented Canamex International, S. de R.L. de C.V. and its affiliates (Cabo Villas Group), as borrowers and owners of the Hotel Corazón Cabo Resort & Spa, in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, in connection with a $85,000,000.00 USD secured credit facility granted by BBVA México, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple, Grupo Financiero BBVA México (“BBVA”). The proceeds of the credit facility were used for corporate matters and for the liquidation of an existing debt.
