C.V., in its capacity as seller, in the negotiation and structuring of the sale to Banco Actinver, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple, Grupo Financiero Actinver, in its capacity as trustee in the Next Properties Trust (“Fibra Next”), of the “Calopark” industrial park located in Cancún, Quintana Roo, which has an area of 163,204 m2 and has been developed for storage, logistics and industrial use areas of the highest quality and international construction standards.
The “Calopark” industrial park will have all of the premises are occupied by companies such as Mercado Libre, OXXO Commercial Chain, and Home Depot, among others; It has an additional expansion area, opening up space for future growth and exponentially expanding Fibra Next's industrial portfolio, generating long-term value for its holders.
