Financing for the Acquisition of an Office Portfolio

Partner Eduardo Villanueva Ortiz, associate Liam Sebastián Remberg Del Toro, and attorneys María José Pérez Orozco and Miriam Esperanza Martínez Muñoz advised Banco Sabadell, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple, regarding the granting of two structured loans to a special purpose vehicle controlled by Grupo Inmobiliario Zayat to finance the acquisition of two strategically located office buildings in Monterrey, Nuevo León, and Zapopan, Jalisco, from Fibra Monterrey.

The properties are leased to a diversified portfolio of internationally recognized tenants, including American Airlines and PricewaterhouseCoopers, among others.

This transaction reflects the continued expansion of Grupo Inmobiliario Zayat and its commitment to developing and managing a diversified portfolio of high-quality commercial real estate assets. It also reaffirms Banco Sabadell's commitment to financing strategic real estate transactions in Mexico and its active participation in the country's commercial real estate market.
