Project Finance for the Development of an Outpatient Clinic

Partner Eduardo Villanueva Ortiz, associate Liam Sebastián Remberg Del Toro, and law clerks Paola Guadalupe Medina Nuñez and Miriam Esperanza Martínez Muñoz advised Nacional Financiera, S.N.C. ("NAFIN") on the structuring and negotiation of a project finance loan granted to an affiliate of Global Enterprise Mexico for the development of "ClinicUs," an outpatient clinic located in Mexico City.

The financing is intended for the remodeling, adaptation, and acquisition of the specialized medical equipment necessary for the project.

ClinicUs will operate under the internationally recognized medical standards of Hadassah Medical Organization, as part of Global Enterprise Mexico's strategy to continue promoting the development of high-quality medical infrastructure in Mexico.
