Financing Draw for Inmobiliaria Samel's Industrial Complex in Merida

Partner, Eduardo Villanueva Ortiz, associate, Emiliano Flores Zepeda, and law clerk, Casilda Rodríguez-Peña Monterrubio advised and represented Banco Nacional de Comercio Exterior, S.N.C., Institución de Banca de Desarrollo, as lender, in connection with a $93,500,000.00 MXN credit facility draw by leading real estate, industrial, and retail developer of Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula, Inmobiliaria Samel, S.A. de C.V.

The $93,500,000.00 MXN were drawn from an existing $300,000,000.00 MXN master credit agreement advised by Eduardo Villanueva Ortiz and Emiliano Flores Zepeda in 2024.

The credit facility will be used for the expansion and continuation of the construction of “Núcleo Centro Logístico”, regarded as the leading industrial and logistics complex in Mérida, Yucatán.
