Loan for Class A Industrial Portfolios Development by Parques American Industries

Villanueva Ortiz Abogados, S.C., advised and represented Banorte, in connection with a $100,000,000.00 USD multiple-draw senior-secured loan provided to Parques American Industries, S.A. de C.V. (one of the leading industrial real estate developers in Mexico with operations in Juárez, Chihuahua, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Querétaro, San Luis Potosí and Guanajuato) with the possibility of including multiple borrowers to the senior secured loan. The proceeds will be used for the acquisition, prepayment of existing indebtedness and development and construction of multiple industrial portfolios located in different states of Mexico.

The portfolio owned by American Industries Group has over 20 million square feet of industrial space available for lease and is classified as a “Class A Category” meaning that it complies with the highest of the standards of the industrial industry.
