Secured Credit Facility for Industrial Complex Expansion in Monterrey

Villanueva Ortiz Abogados, S.C. (“VOA”), advised and represented Banco Nacional de Comercio Exterior, S.N.C., Institución de Banca de Desarrollo (“Bancomext”), as lender, in connection with a $10,000,000.00 USD secured credit facility, granted to a Mexican trust controlled by Walton Street Capital, as borrower; loan that was drawn from an existing $183,000,000.00 USD credit facility which was also originally structured by members of VOA. The proceeds of the credit facility were used for expanding and reconditioning industrial complexes located in Monterrey, Mexico.
