Villanueva Ortiz Abogados advises Banco Sabadell on a $28,000,000.00 USD loan for the construction of Textron Aviation's new industrial complex in Chihuahua.
Partner, Eduardo Villanueva Ortiz, associate Liam Sebastián Remberg Del Toro, and law clerk Paola Guadalupe Medina Nuñez, advised and represented Banco Sabadell, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple, on a $28,000,000.00 USD loan for the built‑to‑suit development, construction, and operation of a high‑spec industrial facility at American Industries Industrial Park Phase I in Chihuahua, Mexico.
The financing was granted to a Mexican Trust (joint venture) formed by Grupo American Industries and Grupo Deltack, who joined forces to develop a built-to-suit industrial facility tailored to the specific needs of Textron Aviation, a $13.7 Billion USD multi-industry company renowned for its Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft and advanced aviation solutions.
VOA structured and executed a comprehensive security package, delivering to a Mexican Trust both, the lease‑payment rights and rental cash flows as the primary repayment source, alongside a real‑estate lien on the land and all improvements.
This transaction exemplifies the heightened legal sophistication in Mexico’s industrial project financings —particularly those tied to advanced manufacturing, nearshoring, and global supply chains— and reinforces Banco Sabadell’s leadership in financing strategic industrial developmentsacross the country.
